Yes, it is, and indeed it looks like I misspoke.  It was using TLS, but was 
not presenting the client certificate unless I added the lines I sent with 
the report.

The comments in the global tls config seemed to indicate that that was all I 
had to do.

One other thing...  if TLS is enabled by default, then it seems unnecessary 
to have a MAIN_TLS_ENABLE macro.
