#1 Making /etc/aliases a lot less useful and introducing another
debian-exim specific fix.

#2 Limit the real-local router in some way (no remote deliveries, no
system users, whatever.)


Given these two choices, for me there would not be a choice at all, #1
wins without any further thought. Actually I would rather try to
delete real-local than to break /etc/aliases.
