Bug#474012: Documentation on how to build custom exim4 binaries is missing something

Version: 4.63

debian/rules says, that it is enough to create a EDITME.exim4-custom. But this 
is not enough. 
It is also important to edit debian/rules and add exim4-daemon-custom to the
extradaemonpackages.

If this is missing, the package is not built without any error.
