I cannot follow you. 49.2: "Selective queue listing (exiqgrep)"
What do that have to do with the problem above?
But even if you meant 49.6 this is a other problem. It do not solve the
problem that exim is still logging to a deleted file. Also exicyclog is
not used on debian systems. Debian uses the logrotate.d mechanism. And
this file do not have a restart for exim to use the new log file.
