Debian etch - Exim 4.63: router and transport not present in config.autogenerated

I hope to send to correct context. If not please excuse me, but I am
nubbie.

The problem is:

Add router to /etc/exim4/conf.d/router/010_exim4-faxmail
	fax_r: 
	driver = accept 
	domains = \N^[0-9-]{1,25}\.fax$\N 
	transport = fax_t
	#end router

Add transport to /etc/exim4/conf.d/transport/10_exim4-faxmail
	fax_t: 
	driver = pipe 
	command ="/usr/bin/faxmail -d ${local_part}@${extract{1}{.}{$domain}}
-n"
	#end router

update-exim4.conf

Is there no trace of router and transport configuration
in /var/lib/exim4/config.autogenerated.

If I write into /var/lib/exim4/config.autogenerated, in the correct
sections, router and transport rules, all works fine.
