Bug#453958: Bug#449287: /etc/init.d/exim4 gives "no such process" error when stopping exim4

For what it's worth, I'm not seeing any errors ATM. Not on system shutdown 
and also not when I run '{/etc/init.d/,invoke-rc.d }exim4 {stop,start}' 
manually.
