Bug#467048: exim4-doc-html: 1) missing files 2) advertising oreilly

Please file different issues as different bug reports, as I would
probably want to keep the "missing files" part open.

That file is not part of the upstream exim-doc-html distribution.

I'm not going to interfere with upstream's content decisions on that
level.

Please take your issues up with upstream yourself.

And, please, be a little less cryptic in your bug reports.
