l10n upload?

Hello Marc und Andreas,

As far as I can see there are a few pending l10n updates for exim4 in
the SVN.

Indeed, the debian/changelog file in SVN was fairly strange with two
"UNRELEASED" entries and version numbering for an NMU.

I think I've been the culprit for the NMU number introduction: this is
the consequence of "dch" being too clever, I think..:-)

And Marc probably didn't notice the UNREALEASED entry when committing
the last debconf translation update he committed.

So, I just tried to put thing back in order and, it makes clearer that
an l10n upload could be a good idea...:-)

Do you think that such an upload could happen?
