Sorry for this. I have opened
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=exim4-base
and saw #482159 immediately.

I used reportbug yesterday and saw only:

   10) #482159: exim4-base: Install fails - init script fails "malformed or inc

The `Install fails' in the subject turn me off this bug. :(
