Which is an entirely different issue, see #469546 and #469167, and
which is not an exim but, and which is already fixed in sid.

Please don't clutter up bug report logs by adding irrelevant
information.

Well, killproc is still available, and _this_ issue has not been
observe for weeks (and in fact is still open for reference only).
