Bug#504112: exim4-daemon-heavy: Exim is build without local_scan() support

I'm trying to setup sa-exim at my mail server and got this error after uncommenting 

begin local_scan
    local_scan_path = /usr/lib/exim4/local_scan/sa-exim.so

But got this message on daemon start:
