Bug#541473: exim4: Per-user smarthost settings

Hi,

Most systems don't have/use their own domain for email. Could you add per-user smarthost settings?
That way, user olaf could use address olafvdspek at gmail.com with smarthost smtp.google.nl while another user could use another email address with 
another smarthost.
