Bug#510811: update exim4 without exim4-base result in failure to start

I upgrade my exim4 with apt-get install exim4.

After that "/etc/init.d/exim4 start" dont work with error:

exim: incompatible command-line options or arguments

I solve this problem with apt-get install exim4-base.

I think there should be a package dependency.
