Bug#530963: exim4-daemon-heavy: clamd av_scanner does not use configured port

To debug this: Please write the IP address into exim configuration and
use tcpdump or wireshark to verify that the ports actually vary or
whether we get broken logs here.

Also verify (using exim -bP av_scanner) that exim correctly parses
your configuration.
