Bug#602188: Wrong path for logrotate file in README 2.5.1

Hi,

README.Debian.html section 2.5.1 the path /etc/logrotate/exim4-paniclog
is wrong, it missed the .d at the end of logrotate.

Correct command:

logrotate -f /etc/logrotate.d/exim4-paniclog
