Hello,
I am not a beginner, but I really do not think "satelite" is
clarifying things at all. People who do not know what a smarthost is
won't have any idea what a satelite means in this context either.
However "SMTP smarthost" is easily google-able.
The label in the README file currently *exactly* matches the wording
of the choices offered by debconf configuration. We would also need to
change the identifiers used in debconf, which would require
non-negligible effort.
