updated template

Hi, I have modified exim4.conf.template for when I upgrade to Debian  
6, it is almost finished but I have run out of time tonight.

It exposes many more options to localmacros so that the majority of  
users will not have to change the template and has support for Dovecot  
LDA and auth, submission and smtps.

I tried to attach it but got bounced as malware, if your interested  
please contact me and I'd be happy to send it to you.
