exim build error on PowerPC

Hello,

exim4 4.76 FTBFS on PowerPC [1] due to this error:

This looks like the user id that the build is running as (2952) is not
resolvable by getpwuid. I tend to think this is a breakage in the
buildd chroot. Could you please fix it, and retry exim4 4.76-1?

OTOH if this is an acceptable buildd setup please tell me. - I would
work around the issue by running something like this:

id -u -n && id -u -n || \
 { echo cannot resolve current uid, not running testsuite ; exit 0 ; }
