/usr/share/exim4/exim4_refresh_gnutls-params is not shipped any longer,
but /etc/cron.montly/exim4-base still expects it:
> if ! [ -z "$(exim -bP tls_advertise_hosts | sed 's/.*=[[:space:]]\(.*\)/\1/')" ]; then
> # TLS enabled
>
> # refresh GnuTLS parameters via external script
> /usr/share/exim4/exim4_refresh_gnutls-params
It seems that the monthly script could be removed as well.
