Add log_file_path supprt to update-exim4.conf

Hi Andreas,

I thought the main goal of the update-exim4.conf.conf is to isolate all
configuration into that file, so one only needs to edit that and it would
be kept through upgrades ( and possible syntax changes in the config files
). Is this not the case ?

Anyway, shouldn't it be :
echo "log_file_path = :syslog" >> /etc/exim4/exim4.conf.localmacros

We have other settings also we want to push, so if the conf.conf is not the
place to do it, we will start using the localmacros file.

Kindest regards,

Peter.
