Bug#728707: heirloom-mailx does not seem to understand the -s option properly

If /etc/alternatives/mail points to /usr/bin/heirloom-mailx rather than
/usr/bin/bsd-mailx then /etc/cron.daily/exim4-base fails with "exim
abandoned: unknown, malformed, or incomplete option -s<fqdn>" where
<fqdn> is the output of "hostname --fqdn".

I fixed this by removing the heirloom-mailx package and installing the
bsd-mailx package.
