Bug#860542: exim4-base: outdated link in README.Debian.gz

Dear Maintainer,

I've discovered that "/usr/share/doc/exim4-base/README.Debian.gz" file,
"1.3. Packaging" paragraph contains link 
"4. http://pkg-exim4.alioth.debian.org/" that opened displays
"The Exim v4 Packages for Debian Web Page has moved to the Debian
Wiki.".

Maybe it would be usefull to update README tnk o remove that indirection.
