Please accept exim4 4.92 (final version) into unstable

Sorry, I don't know. I am not at all involved in Debian development at this
point.

Again, I don't know.
So I guess we just have to wait... I would assume there is a way to still
upload packages to Ubuntu repos after Ubuntu's "debian import freeze",
given that it is probably not desirable to ship RC's when a GA is available
already...
