I must admit that I have for the most part lost the bad things that
should be on the block list. Somebody needs to read up on the upstream
list (which I haven't read in a long time) and probably to get consensus
about the change.

Upstream still hasn't changed the defaults in its git
(https://git.exim.org/exim.git/blob_plain/HEAD:/src/src/configure.default),
so my gut feeling is that we shouldn't either.
