Bug#992333: exim4-config: bad order of message in require ACL

Hi,

some time ago i fill
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=968089 which is marked as solved.

Recently i upgrade to bullseye and i can see this one in
conf.d/acl/30_exim4-config_check_rcpt where the message is in bad place
too:

  require 
    condition   = ${if def:sender_helo_name}
    message     = nice hosts say HELO first

Then please apply Bug#968089 fix to other require stanzas too.

(BTW, there is space after require)
