Bug#982325: exim4: Please compile with AUTH_EXTERNAL=yes

Hi,

it would be nice, as it can be used eg. to transfer authenticated-id to
smarthost (in conjunction with exim's AUTH TLS), which has not this
information otherwise (except MAIL AUTH, which is not as useful).

For now i use special AUTH PLAIN for ti, but it is relative complicated
and do not allow to use other PLAIN auth on smarthost.
