Bug#1014424: exim4-config: recieve warnings about messages being delayed by Smarthost

I apologize in advance for all misunderstanding, but this all looks so
much like misconfiguration that I would like you to consult the user
support channels. I don't see a bug here.

What do your logs say regarding the message? Do you know how exim works?
Did you, by any chance, configure your local host as the smart host for
your local host?
