Hello Marc,

Not to mince words: I have a very very very strong preference for
keeping a debian-only layout. gbp should be able to handle this
perfectly fine and CI should also be possible. (Except for the initial
upload of a new upstream which goes to experimental anyway.)

I am open for updates to debian/gbp.conf to smooth things out and other
related changes (e.g. tag format).

I can elaborate on why I have a strong preferrence for debian/-only if
you wish.

cu Andreas
