Improper server-side TLS connection termination (Gmail, Yandex etc.)

Would you be so kind as to consider the following mini patch for the exim4
codebase described in the link below

Long story short, exim log get spammed with message


*2023-07-14 06:58:28 1qK9wn-000VjD-0A H=mx.yandex.ru
<http://mx.yandex.ru> [2a02:6b8::311] TLS error on connection (recv):
The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.*

everytime you send a message to GMail or Yandex. Possible solution as
well as mini-patch has been posted in the GitHub thread linked above.
