That's just what I was looking for! Missed it since I was just grepping for
"lowuid".
However I have to admit I see no justification for the default. I'm sure
there are historical reasons I'm not aware of. Was there prior discussion
you're aware of on whether this default still makes sense or do you know of
a use-case that needs this?
