Hi!  Any chance this could be revisited?  Linking to both Cyrus SASL
and GNU SASL is similar to linking to both MySQL and PostgreSQL in my
mind.  Exim already links to multiple similar libraries too, e.g.
OpenSSL/GnuTLS, libcrypto/libnettle.
