Sources indicate that the 'TLS error on connection (recv): The TLS connection 
was non-properly terminated' error when communicating with servers such as 
microsoft's outlook, has been fixed in 4.99.x, but debian isn't currently 
allowing me to install versions later than version 4.98.2
