Have reread this, I realise that I have no idea what you mean by the last 
sentence. What README are you referring to, and which exim4 README should 
I refer to and why? Can you clarify?

If you reply before I submit the bug, I'll include what changes you want, 
otherwise you can amend the bug report as you see fit.
