Hello,
afaict this is a missing feature. But as I am not familiar with LDAP at
all, I am redirecting this to exim-users.

This list and afaik also exim-users require that mail by unsubscribed
posters is approved manually. - Your mail might still be stuck in
exim-users moderation queue.
