[Pkg-exim4-users] Is exiscan-acl included with the heavy deamon

The statement that it's part of exim proper makes me think it's in
exim4-daemon-light as well.  But the statement that it's compiled into
exim4-daemon-heavy makes me think it's not in daemon-light.  Could you
clarify which is the case?
