[Pkg-exim4-users] accept some IP/users deny others

That will allow all PCs to send mail to the Internet, which is not the
OP's intention.

I'd set dc_relay_nets = 192.168.1.2. Mails for the local domains will
be accepted by virtue of them being local from anywhere, including the
other local hosts.
