Ouch. You have just configured an open relay. (Relay domains: *).

Luckily you've also configured exim to only listen on the loopback
interface (127.0.0.1) so there is no real damage.
Please run through dpkg-reconfigure again and _read_ the description
before entering values.

IP-adresses are not valid as domain part in email-adresses.[1]

[1] There is away to use IP-adresses for e-mail routing,
address-literals. However there is special syntax
