Hi exim people

Im wanting to find out somethings about exim and as Im a total newb' I would
appreciate someone helping me with my first problem ive encountered.


Ok Ive discovered how to set a catch all account (urgh i know) :

I create a smartuser director in /etc/exim/exim.conf with the directives:

catchall:
driver = smartuser
new_address: webmaster at deltatraffic.co.uk

&

/etc/init.d/exim restart

 ok fine. now the thing I need to do is take a complex string as the alias
so that only certain messages will get through matching the pattern.


so for example:

mytest*alex at deltatraffic.co.uk

and

*

could be

-167219382-

or any string.

currently trawling through the FAQS for an answer
