Yes, /var/log/exim4/ is indeed the place to start, you should try to
find out whether mail was not sent to you or whether you did not accept
it. Search for haydn.debian.org or 192.25.206.28.

The default ACLs are not very strict, by default. I have *added* some
tests and still get to read this mailinglist without problems.
