fyi - Here's my notes on compiling a custom exim for using DomainKeys.

fakeroot debian/rules unpack-configs

cp /usr/local/bin/Makefile_Etch_Domainkeys 
/usr/local/src/exim4-4.63/EDITME.exim4-custom
