[Pkg-exim4-users] exim seems to ignore /etc/email-addresses

Okay I tried that. But I only can do it with debugging output while I am
root. So I created a new  line in /etc/email-addresses
'root: my.email at gmx.de'
Othwerwiese I get 'exim: debugging permission denied'.

I noticed that the domain is also not right it should be @gmx.de but it
actually is @gmx.net.
