[Pkg-exim4-users] Exim4 broken after apt-get

Dear Marc,

Yes it did it.

Downgrading to previous version of libpq (libpq5_8.2.6-1_amd64.deb) fixed
all my seg fault messages.

This is then a broken dependency in exim4/testing(?).
