[Pkg-exim4-users] unconditional accept in ACL

Hello,

I've got my first exim installation up and running, thanks to Marc and
great Exim documentation.

There is one thing in 30_exim4-config_check_rcpt which I'm not very sure
of - the final 'accept':

<quote>
# At this point, the address has passed all the checks that have been
# configured, so we accept it unconditionally.
</quote>

What is rationale behind this approach? In access control lists I'm used
to default 'deny' and then enabling only if policy criteria are met.

Unconditional 'accept' at the end of ACL chain makes me a bit uneasy,
thought it probably has its good reason.
