[Pkg-exim4-users] spurious DEBCONF warning

When I start exim I get "DEBCONFsomethingDEBCONF found in exim
configuration ....", though it's not there. However, old versions of my
files had DEBCONF in them, and the string still occurs under,
e.g., /etc/exim4/conf.d/main/RCS/. update-exim4.conf uses grep -qr, so
it recursively checks the entire tree, include the RCS directories.

I'm just passing this on. Though there are things that could be done
about this, I doubt they are worth doing. The warning is pretty
harmless. I might deal with it on my end by commenting out the test.
