If the address corresponds to a user account on your system, you could
simply set up a pipe in the .forward file in that account's home
directory. The only thing you might need to change would be the exim
option that controls whether user .forward files can execute pipes (I'm
not sure what the default is).
A basic pipe transport is already there
(conf.d/transport/30_config_address_pipe in split config.)
