For anti-spam, you can use sa-exim, but you can also use exim's built-in
interface to SpamAssassin. You'll need the -daemon-heavy version of
exim, and configure an ACL as described in chapter 41 of the exim manual
(http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch41.html). I
believe there are also information about that integration in exim's wiki.
