[Pkg-exim4-users] [exim4] <defunct> after upgrade etch -> lenny

After upgrading from etch to lenny I noticed the below occurs 
frequently, meanig a defunct (or zombie) exim process appears. If I 
restart exim it will happen rather soon again. It doesn't appear to 
affect exim's functionality though, as far as I can see. But I'd like to 
know what the cause is.
