[Pkg-exim4-users] Sequence of installation

I need to install from scratch an MTA based on Exim4.
Supposing to use:
   ClamAV
   Spamassassin
   Razor and Pyzor
   Courier Imap
   SA-exim
could you recommend me the correct sequence of installation of these 
packages?
After these steps, what is the correct way to generate the 
/etc/exim4/exim4.conf file ?
