My German is not very good, but if I am correct you are asking about the
security implications of replacing exim4-daemon-light with
exim4-daemon-heavy.  If you do 'apt-cache show exim4-daemon-heavy' the
first paragraph in the description will tell you about the differences
between the two packages.
