Your Setup seems correct. Your own server homier.dyndns.org is the
primary MX; mxin.mxes.net. is the secondary MX. All hosts on the
internet will try to first deliver e-mail to homier.dyndns.org and
only fall back to mxin.mxes.net if homier is not available.

Btw, it is not a very good idea to run a mail server on a dynamic IP
address.

Looks correct, and currently your system accepts e-mail to
public at universal-mechanism.org.

What do your logs say?
